Free Consultation Call

A free 30-minute introductory call to discuss your goals and Coach Kris's approach to coaching. During this call we will talk about the following topics:

  • What you would like to accomplish

  • Your fitness journey so far

  • What you think you need from a coach

  • Coach Kris's training philosophy and communication style

  • Additional information on the two journeys offered

  • Why a 3-month commitment is required

Standard Journey
$185/month

Included in this journey are the following services:

  • Goal setting session

  • Customized training plan, delivered through TrainingPeaks, updated bi-weekly

  • Premium access to TrainingPeaks without additional cost

  • First week - unlimited calls/texts to get up to speed on how things work

  • Bi-weekly calls starting your second week, coinciding with plan update

  • Basic strength work outs and limited nutrition advice

  • Additional support on race week, including a strategy call and texting support the day before and the day of the race

Premium Journey
$225/month

This journey includes everything the Standard Journey does and adds the following services:

  • Updates to your customized training plan as needed rather than bi-weekly (adjust as we go)

  • Unlimited texts/calling

  • 1 in-person session per month

Goal Setting/Clarification Session - $100/hour
