Why work with me?

I didn't fall in love with running until my late 30s — and that's exactly why I get it.

I spent years as an athlete, playing organized sports through high school and college and even dabbling in rugby in my 20s. But running just to run? That came later. And when it did, it changed everything. Now I can't imagine my life without it, and I want to help you find that same joy — whether you're lacing up for the very first time or looking to finally break through a plateau.

I've raced everything from 5Ks to 50Ks, on local Colorado streets and trails, across the US, and overseas. But more than the miles, what drives me is teaching. I love helping people discover what they're capable of — and I believe that every runner (and every walker) has more potential than they realize.

My coaching is for you if you're just starting out and don't know where to begin, if you're walking and curious about running, or if you've been at this a while and are ready to level up. Wherever you are in your journey, you'll get a coach who genuinely loves this sport and is deeply invested in helping you love it too.
